Position Overview:

The Growth Hacker/Digital Marketer is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing innovative growth strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer psychology, and product-market fit. The Growth Hacker will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, experiment with new acquisition channels, and scale successful initiatives. They will also optimize existing marketing campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Design and implement creative and scalable acquisition strategies to drive rapid user growth. This includes experimenting with new channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, paid advertising, referral programs, and more.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on driving high-quality traffic and conversions. Continuously optimize campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and iterative experiments on landing pages, ad creatives, emails, and other customer touchpoints to improve conversion rates. Continuously measure results to identify high-performing tactics.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Work with the leadership team to create and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that encompasses customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Develop both short-term and long-term growth goals.
  • Analytics & Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Use data insights to optimize growth initiatives and refine tactics. Set up and monitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Funnel Optimization: Optimize the entire customer journey, from first contact to conversion, to maximize user engagement and reduce drop-off rates. Focus on building scalable and repeatable growth loops.
  • Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Partner with the product, sales, and customer success teams to launch cross-functional initiatives that contribute to overall growth. Identify product-led growth opportunities and collaborate on marketing automation efforts.
  • Content Marketing & SEO: Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant content that drives inbound leads.
  • Growth Hacking Tools: Use growth marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hotjar, SEMrush, etc.) to automate tasks, track customer behavior, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Customer Retention: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value through tactics like email marketing, retargeting campaigns, personalized outreach, and engagement programs.

  • Customer Acquisition: Significant and measurable increase in new customer acquisition across all targeted channels, with high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Campaign ROI: Improved return on investment (ROI) from digital campaigns, measured by cost-per-acquisition (CPA), cost-per-click (CPC), or other relevant metrics.
  • Revenue Growth: Direct contribution to revenue growth through increased lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing-driven sales.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: A higher conversion rate across digital marketing funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and ads.
  • Organic Traffic Growth: Measurable increase in organic traffic, with improved search engine rankings and inbound lead generation through SEO and content marketing efforts.
  • Experimentation Success: A proven track record of identifying and scaling high-impact growth channels through systematic experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Customer Retention & Engagement: Improved customer retention rates, repeat business, and engagement levels, resulting from well-executed retention strategies.
  • Efficiency & Automation: Streamlined marketing processes and the ability to automate tasks, improving overall operational efficiency in campaign execution.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound) is highly desirable.
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience working in a high-growth startup or tech company is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mixpanel). Ability to set up tracking, measure performance, and extract insights from data.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches to marketing and customer acquisition.
